A little background...

Born and raised in the RV mecca of Elkhart, Indiana, my beginning as an actor was a turbulent one. I started my stage career as a Towns Member in The Emperor's New Clothes in 3rd Grade. I had one line that I practiced for weeks and weeks...and I missed it during a performance in front of the entire school. I know, I know. Such a traumatizing event should have scarred that budding actor at the peak of his career. But nay! After joining the ranks as a band geek in 5th Grade as well as trying--though failing--almost every sport imaginable this side of the Mason-Dixon, I found my way back into the spotlight in 6th Grade during a class-mandated performance project of Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream. I was assigned the role of Nick Bottom and truly learned how to make an ass of myself. From that point on there has hardly been a time of my life when I haven't answered with, "I can't. I have rehearsal..."

Skip ahead about 10 years and you'll find a graduate from North Central College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Musical Theatre with a Minor in Dance. Now I'm attempting the great feat that every hopeful actor pursues which is that of making a living doing what I love: creating, educating, enlightening, challenging, questioning, growing, and entertaining through the platform of theatre arts. I'm not there yet but I believe that wherever I end up is where I'm meant to be.  So, let's talk! I'd love to witness the lives we can impact together.
